I lost the opportunity of sharing the happy news of the high court verdict with every one of you. It is our alumnus, Mr. ILANGO who has “stolen” that happiness. Thanks a lot for his untiring efforts to face the onslaught of lies and misinformation in ORKUT unleashed by the BISHO (spelling intended; that is how he writes in his orkut page!). I just reproduce what he wrote in orkut.
Hi all,
I am getting the news over phone and I am not in a position to give you the full report. However, the judgement has come in favour of the college and against the Bishop.
1. Anbudurai will take over as the principal from tomorrow ( District administration should ensure the process. Collector, RDO and police have to be there tomorrow).
2. The administration should evict Davamani Christober and George Selvakumar out of the college.
3. The status of the real governing council has to be decided by the lower court civil case ( We have the majority numbers to win that case as well).
4. The honourable judge based on the Women's commission's report also.
5. The account of the college will be handled by Prof. Anbudurai.
Details awaited.

The honourable judge has given a clear verdict by passing an interim judgment in favour of the college. We have come clean after going through the pyre. The Akkini Kunju has burnt the evils and made us realise the motto of the college purificatus - non- consumptous. An important realisation is that the support of women staff all along the struggle has been a boost to our morale. Sakthi! Sakthi.... Engengu Kaninum Sakthiyada.......... The women's commmission's report has added a value to our case and Bharathy would have been very happy to see women winning in all forums. All the virtues of Bharathy have been going through a long wait for the right day. We have won the case . We have to realise all of his dreams.

I am just hours before boarding into my flight to Madurai and your good news comes… we the entire family are jubilant.
I was preparing for my journey back to Madurai with a very heavy heart as you would recall I wanted to step into my college when it free from the clutches of evil forces. Your news about the victory has completely changed our mood. We are very happy to come and step into the campus…. We are just waiting to see you all…

Though we had many heart breaking incidents like Bombay blast, war in SriLanka,expecting war wit Pakistan,Attack on Christians, Share market down, and so on.....but all true AC students were eagerly waiting for the judgement.
Though some of us could not help financially but helped in spreading the message to all.

dear sam geee ...i was just thrilled to read all that you have put together to give a brief on the judgement, with the help of anbudurai. we will now march victoriously to win the case in the lower court on the governing council and undo all the spell that the evil bishop had caste on the college. my hug to dr.chinnaraj for holding so valiantly. i am sure the present team will act swiftly to bring normalcy to the college and help the students catch up with the lost days. my salute to all the members of the college - teaching and non teaching and students - to have withstood the evil spell and fought so bravely to ward off that evil. though i am half way round the globe from american college my thoughts are with all of you on the campus.
