“But the Bishop-President took his decision arbitrarily and got it ratified in a governing council meeting convened by him later.” Professors PTC and DSL make the following very clear:
1. Is the Bishop competent to take decisions for the college? –No.
2. Was it the bona fide Governing Council that ratified his decisions? –He can’t say “Yes” as the court is yet to rule on that.
3. Assuming it was could he convene the council meeting? –No.
So, it is: The Bishop took his decision arbitrarily and claims it was ratified by what he claims to be the Governing Council which he claims was convened by him! Bravo Bishop!!

professors , Take action and destroy the Devil or Demon's(Bishop) rule.Let the almighty be with Prof.TCJ and Prof.Anbudurai (generals) and faculty members (warriors) of the war . These people have real guts in facing the demon and I salute them.
